摘要
介绍了采用固定床反应器装填R 3-17型催化剂技术脱除炼厂丙烯中CO杂质的工艺过程,包括固定床的参数、催化剂的性质、CO脱除过程、催化剂的再生等。应用该技术,使炼厂丙烯中CO的体积分数由约0.10×10-6降至0.02×10-6以下,能够满足气相聚合用丙烯原料的质量要求。
The process of carbon monoxide removal from refinery propylene in a fixed - bed reactor filled with catalyst R 3 - 17 was introduced, including technical parameters of fixed bed, the properties of catalyst, the process of monoxide carbon removal and the regeneration of catalyst. The volume fraction of monoxide carbon in refinery propylene reducedfrom 0. 10 ×10 ^-6 to less than 0. 02 × 10^ -6, and the purified propylene could meet the need of gas phase polymerization.
