摘要
研究碳纤维纸的力学性能,并对比不同配抄纤维所成纸页的力学性能。结果表明,当采用植物纤维和碳纤维配抄时,在一定范围内增加碳纤维含量能够提高纸页的紧度、抗张强度、耐破度、撕裂度;超过这个范围会使这些力学性能急剧下降;随着碳纤维含量的提高,耐折度不断下降。采用聚乙烯/聚丙烯皮芯层双组分纤维(ES纤维)作为配抄纤维所成纸页的力学性能不如采用植物纤维所成纸页的力学性能。
The mechanics properties of carbon fiber and the comparison between the two kinds of paper which consisted of wood fiber and ES fiber respectively were investigated in this paper. These results revealed that the tightness, tensile index, burst index and tear index of the sheets were enhanced to some degree within certain content of carbon fiber, and then decreased visibly; the tightness, however, decreased all the way. The sheets which consisted of wood fiber were found to had better mechanics properties than those of consising of ES (ethglene-propylene side by side) fiber.
