Synthesis and Application of Reactive Strengthening Agent

摘要 通过熔融缩聚法,合成了聚酯二元醇聚己二酸丁二醇酯(PBA),用GPC测定了产物的分子量,利用IR,1HNMR表征产物结构。用甲苯-2,4-二异氰酸酯(TDI)对产物封端,合成了反应性增强剂TDI-PBA,并研究了TDI-PBA聚合物对纸张的增强作用。研究结果表明,采用浸渍法,当聚合物溶液质量分数为12%,熟化温度在100℃左右,熟化60min时,可有效改善纸张的物理性能,干强度提高44%,湿强达到原纸干强的35%,耐折度提高12倍,耐破度提高1倍。 The OH-terminated polybutylene adipate (PBA) was synthesized using melt polycondensation.The composition and construct characteristic of the product were analyzed by GPC,FF-IR and ^1H NMR. The TDI terminated polyester prepolymer(TDIPBA) was synthesized by toluene-2,4-diisocyanate (TDI) and PBA using solution polycondensation. The strength development of TDI-PBA on paper was discussed. The results showed the effect was obvious when the mass fraction of TDI-PBA was 12%, reaction time was 60 rain and reaction temperature was about 100% ,dry strength of paper was enhanced by 44% ,the ratio of wet strength and dry strength(original paper) was 35 %,folding strength was raised by 12 times,bursting strength was heightened by 1 time.
