摘要
本文根据嘉益大厦建设场地工程地质的特点,进行了该幢建筑物地基基础的多方案比选,并做了进一步的优化,最终,创造性地提出了在桩顶设置弹簧垫的设想。为了实现这一设想,本文还提出了相应的施工技术措施。该项新技术充分利用地基土的承载力,并利用桩顶弹簧垫使桩土协同工作,共同支撑整幢大楼的荷载。具有桩数少、桩长短、施工快,投资省等优点,该项研究具有广阔的推广应用前景。
In this paper, the geological characteristics of the construction site of Jiayu building are summarized. The comparisons among different schemes for the building foundation are discussed. A new complex pile foundation technology is proposed. Using this new technology, the numbers of piles are decreased, and the lengths of piles are shorted. The construction becomes easier and the costs are cut down greatly. This research has been praised by famous experts as an achievement with international advanced level.
