The Research Work of Existing Building Energy-saving Renovation

既有建筑节能改造的研究,首先从分析现有建筑能耗入手,对既有建筑能耗现状进行分析,确定围护结构各部位节能目标。最后根据节能目标确定节能改造方案,并按此方案施工。结合工程实例,研究既有建筑节能改造方法。

The research work of existing building energy-saving renovation starts with analysis of energy consumption of existing building. The method is used to analyze the present condition of existing building energy consumption, the energy-saving targets of every position of exterior--protected construction are confirmed. Finally, the energy-saving renovation plan is confirmed by the energy-saving targets. The construction follows this plan. According to the living example , the methods of existing building energysaving renovation are studied.
