福州市中心城区土地利用结构与强度问题研究

Research on Land Use Structure and its Intensity of Urban Area of Fuzhou

城市土地是城市人口和社会经济活动的载体。随着城市规模的扩大,城市用地逐步扩展,但无序的城市外延扩展将会导致大量的城市问题,科学合理的城市用地是城市健康发展的重要基础。本文分析了福州市中心城区土地的利用结构和强度,探讨其城市土地利用现状及存在的问题,并提出土地利用功能布局调整与土地利用优化的对策与建议。

The urban land is the basis of urban population and economic activities. With the extension of city scale, the urban land increases;While the expansion of urban land is out of control, much urban problems may occur, so to develop urban land use in a scientific and reasonable way is one important basis in urban healthy development. The article analyses the structure of the land use and its intensity in urban area of Fuzhou,and makes a thorough discussion on current situation and main problems in land use;Then the article proposes remedial measures to optimize the use of urban land.
