针对评标专家及专家库管理中存在的主要问题,从评标专家及专家库的建立、使用和管理等方面入手,就如何加强评标专家及专家库的管理,努力提高评标专家队伍的整体素质和技术水平进行了研究和探讨,旨在推动我国建设工程招标投标工作的健康发展。
