摘要
采用带有双键的γ-(甲基丙烯酰氧)丙基三甲氧基硅烷(硅烷偶联剂KH-570)对云母表面进行改性,使之参与丙烯酰胺的聚合,将伸展的聚丙烯酰胺(PAM)单分子固定在云母表面后,进行了用原子力显微镜观察PAM单分子的实验,为原子力显微镜观察聚合物单分子提供了一种新的方法。
3-(trimethoxysilyl) propyl methacrylate (silane coupling agent K H-570) which has a double bonds was used to modify the surface of mica. Then the double bonds of modified mica were used to join in the free radical polymerization of arylamide. When the reaction is finished, some single macromoleculars fixed at the surface of mica were studied by atomic force microscopy (AFM). This is a new method for studying single macromlecular by AFM.
