摘要
设计并实现了一种基于三容水箱实验装置的网络实验系统,基于实验室的现有条件,提出了网络实验系统的总体框架,包括用户、服务器、控制器和实验装置4部分。采用SQL Server 2005建立了网络实验的管理系统,而采用Modbus协议实现了服务器与控制器的连接。在控制器中还采用DBCom建立了用户自定义控制算法接口。测试了前馈反馈控制等多个实际实验,并给出了典型控制响应曲线。结果表明,该网络实验系统使用方便、性能稳定,还兼容传统实验方式,系统具有较强的通用性。
A kind of networked experiment system (NES) is designed and developed based on three-tank water device. The framework of NES is first proposed. Components of the system and realization of controller and server are also introduced. The experiment management platform of NES is developed by SQL Server 2005, and the communication between server and user is built by MODBUS protocol. The user-defined control algorithm interface is also developed by DBCom. Several experiments are tested on the NES, and typical control response curves are presented. The testing results show that the system provides a convenient experimental platform and has good performance. The system is also compatible with traditional experiment mode with universal design.
