基于问题的学习（PBL）是一种基于建构主义，以学生为中心、以问题解决为中心的教学方法。将PBL教学模式引入到机械基础实验教学中，PBL教学能促进学生学习的自学动机，使其具备评判性思维，从而提高了分析、解决问题的能力。

Problem-based Learning （PBL） is a student-centered and problem-centered teaching method based on constructivism. The paper tries to introduce the teaching method PBL into the experimental teaching for the foundation of mechanics. PBL can promote the students self-study motivation, cultivate their critical thinking, thereby improve their ability of analyzing and solving problems.
