摘要
选用7种不同育苗基质进行云南红豆杉育苗试验,通过分析不同基质小苗(6月龄)生长状况,筛选适宜的育苗基质。结果表明:用草炭+锯末(2∶1)作基质育苗小苗苗高、地径、地上部分鲜质量、须根数4个生长指标均表现较好;用锯末+牛粪(2∶1)作基质较适合苗木的全株鲜质量、地下部分鲜质量2个指标的生长。两种育苗基质均可在云南红豆杉育苗中推广使用。
Seven types of seedling-raising substrates were experimented for Taxus yunnanensis by analyzing the growth indexes of six-month-old seedlings. It was showed by the experiment that the substrate composed of turf and sawdust with the proportion of 2:1 had better positive effect on the growth of height, basal diameter, the fresh weight of above ground part of the seedlings and the quantity of fibrous roots. The substrate of sawdust and cow dung with the proportion of 2:1 had better positive effect on the fresh weight of the whole seedling , and fresh weight of the subterraneous portion. It was recommended that these two types of substrates be applied to seedling - raising for T. yunnanensis in large scales.
