拟松材线虫侵染对云南松几种生理生化物质的影响 被引量:4

摘要 为研究拟松材线虫侵染对寄主内部生理生化物质代谢的影响,测定并比较了健康的云南松以及感染拟松材线虫后发病未死亡和死亡的云南松树干样品中水分、可溶性糖、脂类、酚类,粗蛋白5种生理生化物质的含量。结果表明:拟松材线虫侵染可导致寄主水分、脂类物质含量下降,可溶性糖、酚类物质含量先升后降,对粗蛋白含量无明显影响。 In order to study the effects of Bursaphelenchus mucronatus on the internal metabolism of physiological and biochemical substances of the infected host plants, the contents of five sorts of physiological and biochemical substances including water, soluble sugar, lipids, polyphenols and crude protein contained by trunk samples of the healthy, died of the infestation and infested but still living plants of Pinus yunnanensis were measured and analyzed. The results showed that the infestation of B. mucronatus could lead to water and lipid content decline of host plants. The contents of soluble sugar and phenols of the infested plants increased in the earlier stage and dropped afterwards, while the crude protein content was not evidently influenced.
