摘要 根据安徽某铁矿的铁矿物和脉石特点,采用阶段磨矿→重选→强磁→反浮选联合工艺流程,依据粗选的侧重点不同,选择三个较佳的方案进行对比试验。其试验结果都能获得品位66%、回收率81%以上的铁精矿。通过对成本、分选效率和稳定性等因素进行比较,最终选择推荐应用于选厂设计的工艺流程。 By the comparison of the three flow-sheets of gravity separation-high intensity magnetic separation - reverse flotation, the optimal flow-sheets would be used for the Anhui iron mineral. The perfect flow-sheet would be used as the plant design by the analysis of the result. It would have advantages of low cost, high separation efficiency and stable operation. The gravity separation-high intensity magnetic separation-reverse flotation flow - sheet has been successfully used to deal with the hematite ore. By the using of flow-sheets for the specularite ore, the concentration results of the all were: iron concentrate grade 〉 66.00% and iron recovery 〉 81%.
