摘要
财产和财产权是文明社会的标志,衡量一个社会的文明程度就是看财产权在该社会中得到保护的程度。法学、政治学和经济学等学科对财产权都给予相当关注。作为市场经济基础的财产权,事关个人自由和国家繁荣。1978年以来的中国改革,必然逻辑性地催生私有财产权的回归。
Property and property fight are symbols of civilized society, and the civilization level of a society depends on the protection extent of property fight in the society. The science of law, politics as well as economics, have been paying considerable attention to property fight. Being the basis of market economy, the property fight is a matter of personal freedom and national prosperity. China＇s reform since 1978 will inevitably give birth to the returning of private property fight logically.
