A Study on Monitoring and Evaluation Methods of National Prior Non-commercial Forest

为了对国家重点公益林工程建设和实施过程进行监测、评价及专题研究,在参考现有研究成果的基础上,结合云南省的实际,构建了技术支撑体系.提出对工程建设必须进行动态监测、成效监测、宏观监测.其方法为数据更新、专题研究及阶段性评估.以年度更新数据、年度报表为依据,采用统计分析、模型分析、综合分析的方法对工程建设进行评价.

In order to conduct monitoring and evaluation on national prior non-commercial forest, combining the actual conditions of Yunnan province and other current study results, the monitoring and evaluation system and technical supporting system were established. It was proposed that dynamic monitoring, effect monitoring and macro-monitoring were necessary for the construction of National Prior Non-commercial Forest. The methods were data update, theme research and stage evaluation. The engineering construction should be evaluated by taking the annual update data and report form as basis, and using the methods of statistical analysis, model analysis and integrated analysis.
