阐述国际上的森林认证体系、国内外森林认证工作的进展以及森林认证的效益.论述了森林认证对湖南省森林经营的影响:促进森林的可持续经营;对森林经营者良好的示范效应;提高森林经营的技术水平和管理能力;消除贸易壁垒,开拓国际市场;促进生态环境良性循环和生物多样性保护等.提出培养绿色需求,建立相应的组织机构,建立森林认证网,制定森林认证管理办法等促进湖南省森林认证工作的若干建议.

The paper elaborates international forest identification system, and its progress and efficiency at home and abroad. It discusses the general impact of forest identification on forest management in Hunan province, such as promoting forest sustainable management, excellent demonstration effect, increasing technique skills and management ability, removing trade barrier, exploiting international market, increasing sound cycle of ecological settings and biodiversity protection. Moreover, it proposes some suggestions to improve identification work of Hunan, such as cultivating demand for green, corresponding organizations, identification network, formulating management methods for forest identification.
