云南省陆生野生动物疫源疫病监测工作现状及对策

Current Status of Monitoring Epidemic Diseases of Terrestrial Wild Animal in Yunnan Province and Corresponding Measures

目前云南省陆地野生动物疫源疫病监测网络已基本建成,并进行了制度化建设、大规模技术培训和卓有成效的基础研究.分析了监测网络存在盲目区且监测对象单一,经费投入不足,缺乏专职人员,未建立信息管理系统,科技力量缺少交流合作平台,宣传力度不够等存在的问题.提出了加强应急机制及预警机制建设,整合资源,提升监测水平等对策及建议.

Currently, the network for monitoring epidemic diseases of terrestrial wild animals has almost been established in Yunnan, and fundamental studies, institutional building and large scope of technique training have also been done. The paper analyzes the issues in monitoring network including blind field and monocuhure objective, insufficient input, short of professional staff, lack of information management system and platform for technique communication and so on, while it proposes some measures related to establishment of alert system, combination of resources, upgrading monitoring level.
