人民监督员监督范围的若干问题

On People's Supervisor's Supervision Scope

人民监督员制度试行四年多以来,产生了极好的社会反响,得到了社会的广泛认同。理论界和实务部门对完善这项制度提出了很多很好的意见和建议。在监督范围方面,也有不少人提出了自己的观点。应该在充分肯定现行规定的情况下,客观分析其不足之处,并借鉴国外有关制度,结合我国的具体情况对现行规定予以完善,逐步扩大监督范围,并强化相关制度的刚性。

It has been over four years since People＇s supervisor system＇s trial period, which has produced fine social reaction and received wide--spread cognition. The theory sector and administration departments have produced many opinions and suggestions to improve the system. As to supervision scope, many scholars have raised their opinions, on the basis of affirming current regulations, we should objectively analyze the shortcomings, learn from foreign countries＇ relevant systems and combine our specific conditions to improve the current regulations and wide supervision scope and strengthen the rigidness of relevant systems.
