摘要 定义模糊数直觉模糊数的一些运算法则,给出模糊数直觉模糊集两个改进算子,即加权算术平均算子(FIF-WAA)和加权几何平均算子(FIFWGA)。在此基础上,提出用精确函数解决记分函数无法决策的问题,以保证记分函数的严密性与合理性。提出一种属性权重确知且属性值,以模糊数直觉模糊数形式给出的多准则决策方法,通过实例分析结果证明了运用模糊数直觉模糊数改进算子进行多准则决策的有效性和正确性。 Some operational laws of fuzzy number intuitionistic fuzzy numbers are defined. Two amelioration operators are developed,such as the Fuzzy Number Intuitionistic Fuzzy Weighted Arithmetic Average (FIFWAA) operator, the Fuzzy Number Intuitionistic Fuzzy Weighted Geometric Average (FIFWGA) operator. Basing on these operators,the problems which can not be solved by score function is solved by accuracy function,to ensure the security and rationality of score function. An approach for solving uncertain multiple attribute decision making problems is proposed, in which the attribute weights are com- pletely known and the attribute values are fuzzy number intuitionistic fuzzy numbers. An illustrative example show the effectiveness and Correctness of multiple attribute decision making with fuzzy number intuitionistic fuzzy numbers amelioration operators.
