Ethnic customs has a long history, which have a significant impact on people＇s ideology and behaviors. To build a national wide socialist civil legal system is an important part of the law construction because China is a unified multi-ethnic country. China＇s customs of various ethnic groups in the civil legislative, judicial, civil legal conception and fostering law awareness has both positive and negative poles. It is a correct way to make good uses of the positive facts and to overcome the negative facts of these in building civil legal system.
