复方南星止痛膏的镇痛作用观察及机理探讨

目的研究复方南星止痛膏的镇痛作用及可能的作用机理。方法采用甲醛致大鼠急性疼痛模型和小鼠醋酸致痛模型,评价复方南星止痛膏的镇痛作用。通过观察血液中前列腺素E2(PGE2)、β-内啡肽(-βEP)来探讨其镇痛的作用机理。结果复方南星止痛膏可以提高大鼠足跖肿胀压痛的痛阈值,减少醋酸致小鼠的扭体次数;并且可以降低血液中PGE2水平,提高-βEP的含量。结论复方南星止痛膏具有一定的镇痛作用,其作用机理与减少血液中PGE2水平、增加-βEP的含量有关。

OBJECTIVE To study the analgesic effects of Nanxingzhitong plaster and approach the mechanisms.METHODS The analgesic effects of Nanxingzhitong plaster were inspected through formaldehyde-induced rats acute analgesic model and acetic acid-induced mice analgesic model. The analgesic mechanism was approached by PGE2 and β-EP in the rats plasm. RESULTS Nanxingzhitong plaster could elevate the pain threshold of paw edema in rats , reduce the writhing frequency of mice induced by acetic acid as well as reduce PGE2, promote β-EP in plasm. CONCLUSION Nanxingzhitong plaster has a good analgesic effect, it may be related to reducing PGE2 and promoting β-EP.
