HPLC Determination of Content of Chlorogenic Acid in Liyan Effervescent Granule

目的研究利咽泡腾颗粒中绿原酸的含量测定。方法采用高效液相色谱法进行测定。ODS柱，甲醇：水：冰醋酸（30：70：0．5）为流动相，流速1mL/min，检测波长327nm。结果绿原酸在5～75μg范围内线性良好，相关系数r=0．9997，回收率为99．43％，RSD=0．53％。结论本法准确可靠，可作为其质量控制的指标。

OBJECTIVE To investigate into content determination of chlorogenic acid in Liyan Effervescent Granule. METHOD HPLC method was used in the investigation： ODS column; methanol：water： glacial acetic acid （30：70：0.5, China） as the mobile phase; flow rate at l ml/min. ;detection wavelength at 327 nm. RESULT Within the range of 5 - 75μg, chlorogenic acid assumed fine linear features, with a correlation coefficient of 0.999 7, a recovery rate of 99.43 % and RSD = 0.53 %. CONCLUSION This method is accurate and reliable and can be used in the quality control of Liyan Effervescent Granule.
