摘要
通过对黑色金属材料的拉伸,介绍了粘结瘤形成机理,分析了粘结磨损形式及影响粘结瘤的主要因素,提出了黑色金属拉伸对模具材料的要求,给出了模具材料的选择原则,根据零件生产批量和零件尺寸来选择合适的金属材料及相应的热处理和表面强化处理,从而保证模具的使用寿命。
Through drawing of black thin metal plate,introduced forming process of seizing tumour, analyzed seizing tumour forms and the primary factor effected seizing tumour, proposed demand of die material for drawing ferrous metal plate, has given die material choice principle, chose the appropriate metal material and the corresponding heat treatment and superficial strengthening processing according to the components production lot and the components size, thus guaranteed die＇s service life.
