摘要 文中分析了现有无刷直流电机直接转矩中扇区划分方法的问题,针对目前所用6扇区划分方法期望的结果和实际所加空间电压矢量达到的结果之间有太大误差的问题,提出基于空间12扇区划分的无刷直流电机直接转矩控制,并且制定出适合12扇区划分的优化开关表.仿真和试验结果表明基于空间12扇区划分的无刷直流电机直接转矩控制能够更有效地减小电机稳态转矩脉动,从而实现无刷直流电机的高性能控制. The fault in direct torque control of brushless DC motor(BLDC) and errors brought by the sector division,such as the error between the expected result and the one obtained by exerting real space voltage vectors in current six sectors division,were discussed.A new principle of twelve sectors division was proposed to overcome the fault.Furthermore the switch table for twelve sectors division was made.The simulation and experimental results prove that direct torque control of BLDC using twelve sectors division can reduce the torque ripple greatly,thus the high-performance control of BLDC can be realized.
