地西泮对KCl预收缩老年大鼠胸主动脉的舒张作用 被引量:1

摘要 目的观察地西泮(DZP)对老年大鼠离体胸主动脉血管反应性的影响及其可能机制。方法采用离体血管张力实验方法,观察DZP对氯化钾(KCl)预收缩血管环的作用,并检测DZP对经无钙液预处理后的血管环的作用。结果累积浓度的DZP对高浓度KCl引起的血管环收缩有浓度依赖性的舒张作用。去内皮后,低浓度(106mol/L,3×106mol/L,105mol/L,3×105mol/L)DZP的舒血管作用减弱。DZP预处理后,CaCl2收缩血管环的量效曲线非平行右下移。结论DZP对KCl预收缩老年大鼠离体胸主动脉有浓度依赖性的舒张作用。
