塞来昔布对癫痫大鼠脑内血管活性肠肽的影响

摘要 目的观察环氧化酶2(COX2)抑制剂塞来昔布对戊四氮诱发大鼠癫痫持续状态(SE)后脑内血管活性肠肽(VIP)表达的影响。方法用免疫组化法测定戊四氮诱发癫痫大鼠模型脑组织海马区VIP的含量,探讨塞来昔布对癫痫脑组织VIP含量的影响及剂量关系。结果模型组海马区VIP含量较正常对照组及给药组明显增多(P<0.05)。随着给药浓度的增加,VIP的含量逐渐降低,各组大鼠脑组织VIP的含量比较差异有统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论SE后脑内VIP含量增加,塞来昔布能够有效减少SE大鼠脑内VIP的表达,其可能通过影响大鼠脑内VIP的含量而减轻癫痫发作,起到脑保护作用。
