大学生就业难是一个相对的概念。本文从内因和外因全面、深入的分析了大学生就业难的主要影响因素,从毕业生自身、用人单位、高校、家庭以及社会等多层面提出了解决大学生就业难的对策和建议。

The idea that it is difficult for undergraduates to apply for a job is relative. In this paper the reasons why it is difficult for undergraduates to apply for a job are- analyzed both from the internal and external perspectives. The practical countermeasures are put forward.
