围手术期抗菌药物使用不当病例分析

目的分析围手术期抗菌药物不合理应用的病例,促进用药合理化,保障用药安全有效。方法随机抽取外科系统病历100份,对其围手术期抗菌药物的使用进行综合分析。结果围手术期抗菌药物不合理应用主要表现为:抗生素选择不当;治疗性或预防性抗生素都应在术前开始给药但未实行以及日用药次数频繁;无指征使用抗菌药物;抗生素术后用药时间较长等。其中治疗性或预防性抗生素都应在术前开始给药但未实行以及日用药次数频繁一项所占比例最高。结论通过对围手术期抗菌药物不合理应用的具体病例分析,使用药更加合理化,对保障用药安全、提高医疗水平起积极作用。

Objective Make the use of medicine more reasonable and make the clinical treatments safety and effective via analyzing the unreasonable use of perioperative anti - bacterial agents in elinieal cases. Methods Select 100 cases of inpatient history in surgical departments randomly, and make a general analysis on the use of perioperative anti - bacterial agents for them. Results The unreasonable use of perioperative anti - bacterial agents include the improper choosing of antibiotics, therapeutie or prophylactic antibiotics should be used before operation but not be done, medicine use for non - indications, the too long course of antibiotics treatment in post - operation period, etc. Conclusion Through the speeific case analysis of unreasonable use of perioperative anti - bacterial agents makes the use of medicine more reasonable. That plays a positive role for improving the medical level and guaranteeing medieine safety.
