黄芪、生脉注射液辅助治疗慢性充血性心力衰竭近期疗效观察

Short-term Effect of Astragalus,Shengmai Injection for Adjuvant Therapy of Congestive Heart Failure

目的观察黄芪、生脉注射液辅助治疗充血性心力衰竭(CHF)的近期疗效。方法136例CHF患者随机分为治疗组(68例)和对照组(68例),治疗组在常规疗法基础上配合黄芪、生脉注射液治疗,对照组采用常规疗法治疗。结果两组临床疗效分别为92.6%,72.5%(P<0.05);两组左心室射血分数(LVEF)和左心室短轴缩短率(FS)改善显著(P<0.05),治疗组优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论黄芪、生脉注射液辅助治疗CHF近期疗效显著。

Objective： To observe the short-term effect of astragalus, shengmai injection for adjuvant therapy of congestive heart failure （CHF）. Methods： 136 cases of CHF were randomly divided into treatment group （68 cases） and control group （68 cases）, in which the treatment group involved astragalus, shengmai injectionthe based on conventional therapy while the control group with conventional therapy only. Results： The clinical efficacy rate in two groups was 92.6%, 72.5% （P 〈0.05）; left ventdcular ejection fraction （LVEF） and left ventricular fraction shorten- ing （FS） in two groups improved significantly （P 〈0.05）; the clinical efficacy in the treatment group was better than that in the control group （P 〈0.05）. Conclusion： It had significant short-term efficacy of astragalus, shengmai injection for adjuvant treatmen of CHF.
