摘要
护患关系是一种治疗性的人际关系。在护患关系中,护士占主导地位,应通过语言沟通和非语言沟通,掌握沟通技巧,包括与特殊患者的沟通技巧,以理智的情感抑制非理性的冲动,用真诚和良好的服务对待患者,减少护患纠纷,提高护理质量,建立和谐的急诊护患关系。
The nurse-patient relationship is a kind of therapeutic interpersonal relationship, in which dominant nurses should master the communication techniques including the techniques with special patients by verbal and nonverbal communications. Nurses should also have rational emotion instead of irrational impulse, treating patients with sincere and good service, so as to reduce the nurse-patient disputes for improvment of nursing quality and harmonious nurse-patient relationship in the department of emergency.
