健康教育海报在糖尿病住院患者中的应用

Application of Diabetes Health Education Posters in In-patients with Diabetes Mellitus

目的探讨糖尿病健康教育海报的使用效果。方法设计与制作5个主题糖尿病健康教育海报,将之以宣传画的形式悬挂于内分泌科的走廊墙壁上。向每一位患者介绍该海报,告知其自行观看、学习,有疑问及时请教。对151例糖尿病患者进行访谈法调查应用海报后的效果。结果100%患者曾注意和阅读过海报,140例(92.7%)认为海报式健康教育方法可行。给患者印象最强烈的海报主题依次为:糖尿病饮食(136例,90.0%)、糖尿病运动(67例,44.3%)、糖尿病自我保健(52例,34.4%)、糖尿病概论(43例,28.4%)、糖尿病药物治疗(41例,27.1%)。结论应用糖尿病健康教育海报进行住院患者健康教育是可行的方法。

Objective To explore the effect of diabetes health education posters in health education. Methods The diabetes health education posters were desinged in 5 themes and hung on the walls of the Dept. of Endocrinology. The posters were introduced to each and every patient with diabetes mellitus（DM）, who were told to read and learn the posters and when in doubt, to raise questions. And then a survey was made with the 151 patients as to the effects of the posters. Results All the 151（100%） patients had read the posters. 140（92.7%） were of the opinion that the diabetes health education posters were a good way for health education. The posters, in order of the impression leaving on the patients were Dieting for DM Patients （136, 90.0%）, Excercises for DM Patients （67, 44.3%）, Self-care for DM Patients （52, 34.4%）, Introduction to DM （43, 28.4%） and Pharmacotherapy for DM （41, 27.1%）. Conclusion Diabetes health education posters provide an effective way for health education.
