Research on the Role-orientation of Counselors in Universities

高校辅导员承担着对学生进行教育、管理和服务的重要职责,但长期以来在辅导员角色定位上存在着"错位"、"缺位"、"虚位"、"越位"的问题,并由此影响高校辅导员队伍的发展。本文从辅导员专业化发展与职业化管理、管理体制等方面来探讨高校辅导员队伍的建设。

Counselors assume their duties to educate manage and sever the students. It is the most important thing for counselor to develop each side of the papillary. However, the situation of role at present often appeal dislocation, vacancy, phantom and offside that affects graveness on the construction of the counselor. This paper comprehensively analyzes the construction of counselors in universities from the development of specialization and the management of professionalization and construction of the assistant cavalcade.
