摘要
500 kV变电站实现无人值班的必要前提是要在监控中心实现保护装置远方遥控、遥信并且可靠、安全。文章介绍了保护装置遥控、遥信试验过程中的情况,从远方/就地切换、定值区切换、远方复归、定值召唤、远方软压板功能的投退等方面对无人值班变电站的继电保护功能的要求进行了全面测试。对测试过程中发现的问题进行了改进,结果表明,文中所提出的试验方法和改进方法取得了较好的效果,保证了无人值班变电站对保护的基本要求。
The most important factor to realize the operation of unattended 500 kV substation is that remote control and signaling of protection should be reliable and safe in control central. This paper introduces the remote control and signaling test of protection in 500 kV substation. The test method and result are analyzed. Some problems are found out and related improvements are proposed during the test. The results show that the proposed test method and improved method has obtained good effect, satisfy the basic requirements of unattended substation.
