摘要
利用强化介质法研究了接地网材料Q235钢在陕西渭南土壤中的腐蚀规律,考察了土壤孔隙率、含水量、总含盐量、Cl^-质量分数、SO_4^(2-)质量分数和pH值等6个因素对Q235钢腐蚀的影响。利用失重法测定了腐蚀速率,通过扫描电镜对腐蚀形貌进行了观察和分析。该研究结果对接地网防腐蚀技术研究有重要意义。
The paper studies the corrosion behavior of Q235 steel which is used as grounding material in Weinan from different elements, such as porosity, water content, salt, w(Cl-), w(SO4^2- ) and pH by the strengthening medium accelerated corrosion test. The corrosion rate is tested by weight-loss method, corrosion morphology is observed and analyzed by SEM. The result is significant to the study of grounding grid corrosion prevention.
