摘要
2007年8月30日,十届全国人大常委会第29次会议审议通过了《中华人民共和国反垄断法》,该法于2008年8月1日起实施。通过对《中华人民共和国反垄断法》相关条文的解读,分析了该部法律对电网企业日常经营活动的规制和影响,剖析了电网企业经营活动中某些行为存在的法律风险,并提出了规避法律风险的具体措施和建议,以期对公司工作实践具有指导和借鉴意义。
Through the interpretation to the related specification of Anti-monopoly Law, the influence of the law upon daily operating activities of power grid enterprise is analyzed. The legal risk exited in some operating activities of power grid enterprise is elaborated. Specific measures and suggestions are put forward to avoid legal risk, which is expected to use as guidance and reference.
