Study on GIS Management System in Shaanxi Power Grid

根据地理信息系统的特点,提出建立陕西电网GIS管理系统。通过必要性分析,明确建立电网地理信息系统的目的和要求。从GIS系统的设计思路和功能特点可以看出,该系统可以有效利用以往大量电力工程成果,提供查询、计算、统计等功能;能辅助用户决策,使线路走径、变电站布点更加合理;可以从宏观上为电网规划提供数据支持,为陕西省电网建设的健康、可持续性发展发挥重要作用。

It is proposed to set up Shaanxi Power Grid GIS Management System in accordance with the characters of GIS system. The purpose and requirement to set up Grid GIS System are determined through the analysis of necessity. It can be observed through the design thought and function character of GIS system that the system can effectively take advantage of former power engineering results, supply the function of search, calculation and statistics, assist customer＇s decision, make circuit walk path and substation arrangement more reasonable, supply data to power grid planning, plays an important role for the healthy and sustainable development of Shaanxi Power Grid.
