摘要
为实现学生班级量化管理,应有一套反映学生整体特征的评价指标体系,并从高职院校的特殊要求出发,给各特征指标赋予便于量化考核的数值。同时,为对量化管理进行准确评估,还应将"协方差分析、方差分析、主成分分析、典型相关分析、因子分析、回归分析"等数学方法引入学生动态发展分析研究,建立学生班级动态发展监控数学模型。
In order to research the class quantitative management , this article tries to set up an index system which indicate the whole characteristics of students, according to the special require of polytechnic colleges, these index are valued so they are easy to he quantitatively tested. The quantitative way which results in : ( 1 ) The class quantitative testing index system is set up through a long period in- vestigation. (2) The definition of the index is improved and the quantitative value for each index is set- fled. (3)An idea which uses maths methods to study the students' motive development is put forward. These methods includes such as covariance analysis, variance analysis, principal component analysis, canonical correlation analysis, factor analysis, regression analysis. And the students' motive develop- ment control maths models is set up.
