气管切开后气囊套管与金属套管疗效比较

Comparison of therapeutic efficacy between balloon cannula and metal cannula after tracheotomy

目的:探讨用国产一次性气管套管、进口自带吸痰式一次性气管套管、传统银质气管套管临床应用效果。方法:按用不同气管套管122例患者分3组,置管期间发生气管套管内口痰痂堵管、呕吐物误吸、肺部感染等不良事件,进行观察、记录、分析。结果:3组患者置管期间气管不良事件发生率及医疗费用差异有显著性(P<0.01)。结论:临床科室应该同时备有3种以上气管套管供患者根据病情和经济状况选用。

Objective：To explore the differences in the clinical effects among domestic one-off trachea cannula, import one-off trachea cannula with sputum aspirator pipe, or traditional silver trachea cannula. Methods ：The 122 patients were randomly divided into three groups according to adopting the different trachea cannulas . And we observed, recorded and analyzed the incidence of adverse events during the trachea cannulas insertion including phlegm obstruction in tube, vomitus return respiratory tract, and the infection of lung. Results： There were significant differences in the incidence of trachea aderse events and medical expense among the three groups during the trachea cannulas insertion.（P〈0.01）. Conclusion： Three or more kinds of trachea cannulas should be prepared for patients in clinical departments and they should be used according to patient＇s condition and economic position.
