摘要
多孔陶瓷是一种新型功能材料,由于其具有气孔率高、耐高温、抗化学腐蚀、热稳定性好等优良性能,而被广泛应用于众多领域。本文总结了多孔陶瓷材料的分类方法和性能指标,介绍了多孔陶瓷的制备工艺和特点;并列举了多孔陶瓷在过滤器、催化剂载体、节能隔热材料、吸声材料和生物材料等方面的应用;最后展望了多孔陶瓷材料的发展前景。
Porous ceramics, a new type of functional materials, possess a set of attractive properties such as the high porosity, the high temperature resistibility, the chemical corrosion resistibility and the high thermal stability et al,therefore they had been widely used in many fields. In this paper, the classification and performance indicators of porous ceramic materials were summarized,the preparation technology of porous ceramic and their characteristics were introduced in detail. This article enumerated the applications of porous ceramics in filters, catalyst carriers, energy-saving and heat insulation materials, sound absorbent, biomaterials, etc. Finally, the development prospect of porous ceramic materials were also forecasted.
