电爆法制备纳米铜颗粒的微结构特征及其氧化行为研究

摘要 本文利用扫描电镜(SEM)、高分辨透射电镜(HRTEM)、X-射线衍射(XRD)和热分析技术等,对电爆法制备的纳米铜(Cu)颗粒的微观形貌、晶体结构特征,以及高温氧化性能进行了较为详细的表征和测试。实验发现,1)纳米铜(Cu)颗粒具有完整的晶体结构,有轻微的软团聚,粒径分布在60~80nm之间,平均粒径约为78nr/l;颗粒表面有一层钝化的非晶态膜。2)在空气气氛中,从室温加热到1200℃时,其氧化过程中的相转变为Cu→CuO2→CuO→CuO2,即,在198℃开始被氧化,在275℃后完全被氧化;低温时,主要产物为CuO;而高温时,主要为Cu2O。 In this paper, the microstructures and oxidation properties of the copper nanoparticles produced from wire electrical explosion process were characterized and measured, by using scanning electron microscopy (SEM), high resolution transmission microscopy (HRTEM), X-ray diffractometer (XRD) and simultaneous thermal analysis techniques. It was found that: 1 ) the copper nanoparticle is of a perfect crystalline structure with a thin amorphous surface layer in a state of slightly soft agglomeration and its radius is in the range between 60-80 nm with an average value 78 nm; 2) when the nanoparticles was heated from room temperature to 1200℃ in the air, the phase transformation during oxidizing is as follows: , that is, the oxidation starts at 198 ℃ and finishes at 275℃, while the copper nanoparticles was oxidized into Cue in low-temperature; and into Cu2O in high-temperature.
