原位填充改性增强特种胶粘剂粘接强度研究

摘要 采用原位填充白炭黑法增强甲基丙烯酸(酯)改性RTV胶粘剂,选用IR、SEM等分析方法对增强改性RTV胶粘剂的结构、分散性进行表征,结果表明:部分白炭黑与甲基丙烯酸(酯)改性硅橡胶形成共聚物,白炭黑分散非常均匀。将增强改性RTV胶粘剂粘接JOB9003炸药时,剪切强度明显提高,达到3.5MPa,白炭黑含量在1%~2.5%时补强效果较好。 Silica reinforced-RTV silicone rubber was prepared by Fumed Silica and modified 107 silicone rubber using the mixture of several alkyl acrylic acid or ester in situ. The result shows that the part silica was grafted with modified 107 silicone rubber and the dispersiveness of silica was improved greatly by IR, SEM. The shear strength of reinforced-RTV as abonding material for JOB-9003 explosives was advanced evidently,3.5MPa at most when the content of silica was 1% -2.5 %.
