摘要
本文采用商业ZrO2粉体为原料,制备了体积分数为50%的丙烯酰胺单体体系注凝成型浆料。分别采用常规加热和微波处理的方法对浆料进行了固化研究。讨论了常规加热固化时,固化时间与固化温度的关系;微波处理固化时,微波处理方式、微波功率及微波处理时间对浆料固化时间及陶瓷坯体抗弯强度的影响。研究表明,微波处理在陶瓷浆料的固化过程中起到了加热和引发自由基形成的双重作用,有利于有机单体的快速、均匀聚合。微波固化工艺是实现陶瓷材料连续化凝胶注模成型的理想方法。
In the paper, the ZrO2 slurry with 50 vol.% solid loading for gel-casting were prepared in the acrytamide-water system from the commercial ZrO2 powders. The effects of the conventional heat and microwave treatment on the solidification properties of ZrO2 slurry were studied, respectively. The relations between the gelation time and gelation temperature at the conventional heat, and effect of the microwave power and microwave treatment time on the gelation time at the microwave treatment were investigated. The experimental results show that the microvave treatment was double action (heating and initiating radical) in the process of gelation and was propitious to polymerization of the organic monomer quickly and equably.
