Analyzing the Two Levels of Incentives by the Property Rights

产权激励包括微观与宏观两个层面,西方现代产权理论倾向于微观与效率分析,产权和政府被看作为两个独立的要素,因而使得西方产权理论在解释经济增长和政府职能上显得格外苍白无力。我们深入地研究产权的宏观激励机制,剖析政府介入产权的价值与"适度"问题,对中国这样的转型社会有着重大的理论指导及现实意义。

Property incentives includes both macro-level and micro-level. However, western modem property right theory favors efficiency and micro-level analysis, thus property rights and the government was regarded as two separate elements, which makes the western property rights theory become so difficult to explain the economic growth and government functions in our society. It can give not only the theory instruction but also practical value for us to study the macro-level property rights incentives mechanism and how can government intervention in property rights “moderately” especially during China＇s social transformation period.
