摘要 目的探索PBL(以问题为基础的学习)教学方法在环境卫生学实验教学中的作用。方法选取泸州医学院预防本科2005级35名学生,进行问卷调查并分析。结果收回35份,均为有效问卷。35人认为这种教学改革非常必要,30人和32人分别认为PBL具有很高的吸引力和有效性。29人认为PBL教学与传统教学互为补充,没有人认为PBL可以取代传统教学。在巩固理论知识、拓展知识面、提高动手能力和解决问题能力这4个方面,分别有30人、28人、30人、27人认为收获很大,有4人、5人、3人、6人认为收获一般,只有1人、2人、2人、2人认为收获不大。结论PBL是符合现代医学教育的发展方向,能提高学生实际分析和解决问题的能力。 Objective To evaluate PBL (problem-based-learning) in experiment teaching of Environmental Hygiene. Methods Analyzed the responses of 35 medical students of prevention specialty from Luzhou Medical College by questionnaire survey. Results Reclaimed 35 effective questionnaires. All students ( 35 individuals) consider PBL to be very necessary. The attractiveness and effectiveness are affirmed by 30 and 32 students respectively. 29 students think the relationship between PBL and traditional teaching methods are complementary, none of them think PBL can replace the traditional teaching methods. Most students believe that PBL can consolidate and expand theoretical knowledge, improve the experimental ability and problem-solving skills. Conclusion From our results, PBL is in line with modem medical education in the direction of development. It can enhance the students' practical analysis ability and improve problem-solving skills.
