摘要
德国大学教师制度有别于欧美及其他国家的教师制度,突出特征是引导教师积累学术资本。其中编外讲师制度起着洪堡理想学术自由的堡垒作用;教师校外兼职义务制度促进教师的教学与科研;编外雇员制度有利于实现学生的学习自由。借鉴其积极成分,我国创建一流大学应革除"官师不分"之流弊,建章立制鼓励教师积累学术资本;重建以学术为主体的聘任标准,同时解决教师兼职模糊性和"学术民工"之困。
The university teacher system of Germany is different from that of other European countries and America, the outstanding feature of which is to encourage teachers to accumulate academic capital. Its system of unofficial instructors plays a function of Homburg's academic freedom. By borrowing its positive elements and building the in'st class university, we should reform the shortcoming of "the mixture status of a teacher and an official" and build a system of encouraging teachers to accumulate academic capital and the academy-orientated employment standard.
