摘要
本文在对高校激励机制发展进行回顾、分析和总结之后,对高校和教师的利益分配进行定量分析,揭示其内在规律,并提出高校激励机制改革的建议,以期对其改革进程提供理论依据,并对高校师资队伍建设有所裨益。
The paper makes an quantitative analysis of the teachers' interest in universities, exploits its inner law, and puts forward some suggestions on the system reform in order to offer theoretical evidence and benefit the team building of the university teachers.
