转型时期我国医院的社会责任及其影响因素

Study on Hospital Social Responsibilities and Influencing Factors in the Transformation Period in China

目前我国医疗行业正处于转型的关键时期,医院应该承担更多的社会责任。文章综合国内外学者的看法,讨论了医院社会责任的内涵,指出医院性质、外部约束、医院文化等因素影响着医院履行社会责任的水平,为医院更好地履行社会责任提供建议。

The hospitals should take on more social responsibilities since it is a critical time for the transformation of our domestic health care industry. This paper reviews opinions from domestic and international scholars and covers the meanings of social responsibilities of hospitals. Moreover, it points out some factors that will affect the performance of social responsibilities, such as the nature of hospitals, the external restrictions, the hospitals culture etc. All of these are discussed to pursue the social responsibilities of hospitals more effectively.
