城市社区公共卫生服务优先项目的筛选方法和补偿机制研究

Research on Selection and Compensation Mechanism of Community Public Health Service Underlying Items

目的:探讨城市社区公共卫生服务优先项目的筛选方法和补偿机制。方法:问卷收集数据,层次分析和专家咨询法征求意见,最后利用线性规划的方法确定支付标准。结果:在社区常开展的72项卫生服务中,有36项被认定为公共卫生项目,有23项被认定为准公共卫生项目。结论:社区中存在较多公共卫生项目和准公共卫生项目,只有对这些工作予以恰当的补偿,才能真正可持续地发展下去。

Objective To study selection and compensation mechanism of community public health service underlying items. Method： To survey community health service using AHP and Delphi： To account compensation standard using linear programming. Result： This research find 72 items of communities health service project which already developed in Guangzhou area, 36 items of community health service projects are Public Health Items, 23 items of community health service projects are para-public health Items. Conclusion： Community health service development need correct compensation of Public Health Items and para-public health.
