健康的经济价值:基于主观幸福感视角的分析

The Economic Value of Health: An Analysis Based on The View of Subjective Well-being

根据卫生经济学的观点,健康具有重要的经济价值。传统的研究通常从人力资本的角度来衡量健康的经济价值,这忽视了健康对人们生理和心理的影响。从主观幸福感的视角来衡量健康的经济价值能够更全面地反映健康的影响。利用一个国际上权威的主观幸福感数据对我国居民健康的经济价值进行的分析表明,传统方法确实低估了健康的经济价值。

From the point of view of health economics, health has important economic value. Traditional researches usually measure the economic value of health from the angle of human capital. This method neglects the physiological and psychological impacts of health to human. From the point of view of subjective well-being, we can measure the economic value of health with a full thought of these impacts. By using an internationally authoritative data of subjective well-being, this paper tentatively measured the economic value of health of China people and found that traditional method really underestimated the economic value of health.
