基于工学结合的人才培养模式是新形势下职业教育改革的重要方向,是体现职业教育特色的技能型人才培养模式。浙江机电职业技术学院作为示范院校,在示范性专业人才培养上,把工学结合作为人才培养创新的重要切入点,积极推行与工作和生产劳动相结合的人才培养模式,从而带动专业课程和教学改革,为高职院校专业人才培养提供启示。

The personnel training mode on the basis of a combination of work and study is a major trend of vocational education innovation in the present condition, and it is a skill-centered mode with the characteristics of vocational education. In the model personnel training, Zhejiang Vocational and Technical College of Mechanism and Electron, a model college, based on the principle of a combination of work and study, pushes forward the mode of combining the work and production so as to drive the innovation of professional courses and teaching. This has provided inspirations for the personnel training of vocational colleges.
